If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, Baron Messenger Service ("Baron") may charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. If Baron must engage the services of a collection agency or attorney to collect unpaid amounts, the Client will be responsible to pay reasonable collection fees and attorney fees. This contract and associated transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any action brought by either party in connection with this contract shall be brought in the appropriate State Court in Dade County, Florida. The client hereby waives it's right to a trial by jury".
