E-Trac is an easy-to-use internet on-line system that will revolutionize the messenger courier industry. E-Trac is a complimentary on-line order, track and reporting system offered by Baron Messenger Service that will put you in total control of your delivery orders and save you time and money by reducing your back office expenses with it's detailed reporting capabilities. You can place orders and track your shipments at www.baronmessenger.com. Your shipment status is updated every 60 seconds. Simple steps to get you started with E-Trac :

  1. Go to www.baronmessenger.com
    and click on "Order & Track your package".

  2. Enter your Login Username and Password.

  3. Set your "User Preferences". Select Sevice Type ( 911, Regular or Economy ) , Select the most commonly used address point (usually your company address ) and complete all the information including Company Name , Address, Room/Suite # , Phone # . You should be able to select your company from the address book . Select "Set Default" , click update and your preferences will be saved .

  4. Place Orders and get Quotes
    Order Entry : You can place your orders in a point 'n click format . Your saved pick-up and delivery address points are maintained on our site in a drop down menu and you can update them as needed. Select your service level, roundtrip service (if needed), add your reference and special instructions. Click "Send Order Now" and within seconds the system will display your tracking number to assure that we received your order. You can also schedule orders in advance by changing the date and time for pick-up (E-Trac automatically defaults to the current date & time). If you want a quote before placing the order , Click "Request Quote"... If you are satisfied with the rate , Click "Send Order Now" . We have created a simple alternative to ordering by phone.

  5. Check Delivery Status and Track your shipments Status / Tracking:
    Click on "Status" and within a split second, all of your current orders are displayed in single line format . Click on the tracking # and view the entire order's details . Select a date range and within a second you can view an entire month at a single glance . The status and tracking feature works whether you place your orders on-line or by phone .

  6. Maintain your address book of common delivery points
    Address Book : Click on "Address Book" and you can add/modify/delete your saved pick-up and delivery address points from a drop down menu in alphabetical order. E-Trac also gives you the option of adding a New saved address to your Address Book during "Order Entry" .

  7. Generate Detailed reports
    Reports : Click on "Reports" and select either of the standard reports "Delivery Summary" or "Cost Summary" and within a second all orders for the current day appear in single line format with job totals . You also have the option of entering a specific day or date range and within seconds you will have an itemized report with Grand Totals. The reports will enable you to view and print reports of all of your deliveries at your convenience .
